What is Risk Based Authentication (RBA)?
RBA and Customer Whitelist Requests
Shows each device logging into a User account and the associated risk based authentication (RBA) score associated with that device. Devices are identified by the OS, browser type, location, IP address and split out into a table with a map of the login locations.
0 - 59
a low-risk device that is allowed to login60 - 89
a suspicious device that will receive a challenge verification email90 - 100
device is denied with no challenge sent. These are typically bot nets,
scripted
environments, or other obvious attacker profiles.
Devices with a score between 0-89
can be flagged as approved
